Questions
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready in 3 to 5 business days once we've confirmed the details. If you're on a deadline, put the date in your quote request and we'll tell you what's possible.
What file types can I send?
PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG files work best. If you only have a logo screenshot or a rough idea, send it anyway and we'll help get it print-ready. Email files to hello@kvprints.com with your name in the subject line.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order a single shirt, one sticker sheet, or a few hundred of something. Ask for a quote on larger runs.
Can I see the design before you print?
Yes. For custom orders we confirm the details with you first, so nothing prints until you approve it.
How does payment work?
We take a small deposit when your order is confirmed. You pay the rest when you pick it up.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We'll give you a full refund or reprint it for free. Just email hello@kvprints.com within 7 days of pickup or delivery.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is at our shop at 15 S B St in San Mateo. Mention pickup in your quote request and we'll let you know when it's ready.
Do you ship?
Yes. We'll include shipping in your quote based on where it's going and how much you order.
